Join us at Texas A&M University to work on one of twenty roundtables with delegates from across the U.S., compete for the best policy proposal and presentation, witness incredible speakers, and network with facilitators who have contributed in relevant areas of national affairs.
The MSC Student Conference On National Affairs, or MSC SCONA, is the oldest student organization in the Memorial Student Center at Texas A&M University in College Station. In February 2025, the student-run organization will host the 70th conference and continue the legacy of building up future leaders to solve the problems of today and tomorrow.

Each Year the United States Army War College facilitates the ISCNE in coordination with MSC SCONA. This year’s theme is “Two Koreas, One Future: A Diplomatic Situation.” Students have the option to participate in both the ISCNE and MSC SCONA.
